Audit Committee IAGA's Audit Committee works with the outside auditors for IAGA, reviews the annual audit, addresses any management issues noted by the auditors and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees for any changes in policies or procedures related to financial matters or internal controls. The Committee is chaired by Scott Schweinfurth.

Scott Schweinfurth, Chair Scott Schweinfurth was most recently with Scientific Games as the company's Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Gaming and Chief Integration Officer. In his role as CFO of Gaming, he was responsible for all financial matters related to WMS Gaming, Williams Interactive, and the Company’s server-based and gaming-related business. As CIO, Mr. Schweinfurth lead Scientific Games’ efforts to monitor and execute on integration plans, including realization of cost and revenue synergies, preserve distinct cultural elements of each organization, and leverage unique capabilities of each organization to optimize the benefits of scale and scope achieved in the combination of the two companies.

Richard L. Baldwin, Managing Partner, GGHM Richard L. Baldwin, MBA, CPA is an accomplished senior financial executive with more than 25 years’ experience working for and with a diverse number of global and domestic companies entering, accessing or operating in public capital markets and reporting to, working with and advising the boards of directors for numerous publicly traded and private companies. Rich has significant capital markets and M&A experience having led and participated in transactions ranging from $10 million to $1.5 billion and having served as a Board of Director for multiple gaming companies. He is a trusted advisor within the global gaming and hospitality industry. As a Managing Partner for GGH Morowitz, Baldwin works closely with GGHM’s other managing partners to support the company’s diverse client base that includes public and private companies, governments, Native American tribes, regulatory agencies and investment funds with respective annual revenues ranging from several million to over a billion dollars individually.

Juliann Barreto, Chief Operating Officer, Spectrum Gaming Group Juliann Barreto started in the gaming industry in 2007 working for Ernst & Young, where she supported private equity firms in the acquisition of hotels and casinos. Specifically, she led forensic investigations of casino applicants and worked with gaming regulators to review such applicants’ suitability for gaming licensure. Barreto investigated applicants for major gaming corporations such as Harrah’s Entertainment, and Penn National Gaming. Barreto joined Spectrum in 2018, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and forensic investigative work. At Spectrum, she oversees both international and domestic projects and growth strategies and also serves as CFO. She also acts as the Director for the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States, for which Spectrum serves as Executive Director. Barreto holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s of Professional Accounting and Financial Planning from the University of Miami, and an Executive Business Certificate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the AICPA, a 40 Under 40 Leaders in Gaming, and a fellow of the Center for Economic Development.
