Gaming Industry’s Premier Event

Las Vegas, NV, August 14, 2014:
International Association of Gaming Advisors is hosting the International Gaming Summit in Philadelphia, PA, at the Philadelphia Marriott October 29-31, 2014. The IAGA International Gaming Summit is the gaming industry’s premier event to bring together leaders from all gaming sectors: operators, suppliers, attorneys, investors, bankers, regulators and other advisors. “IAGA is pleased to be hosting our 2014 International Gaming summit for the first time ever in Philadelphia, PA (USA). We look forward to our conference attendees enjoying all the history and culture that Philadelphia has to offer to IAGA’s international attendees”” shared Tommy Shepherd, 2014 President of IAGA. 

The program this year has been developed to address the ever changing needs of the leaders and advisors in gaming, Laura McAllister Cox, the 2014 Program Co-Chair said, “We believe we have met the challenge to develop the conference program around the theme of “Building Relationships”. Our international list of speakers includes industry leaders, government officials, financial experts, responsible gaming specialists and community affairs representatives. We have developed thought-provoking topics with an eye toward offering attendees something new to consider and take away from the conference.”  Program Co-Chair Peter Cohen added, “We are delighted to have so many gaming regulators from around the world involved and to be holding this event in conjunction with the International Association of Gaming Regulators. Our highly diverse program will cover a broad range of gaming types and includes presenters from Asia, Australia, Europe, South Africa and the United States.”

In addition to the program conference sessions at the Philadelphia Marriott, the opening cocktail party will be hosted at the Barnes Foundation, the world’s greatest collection of post-impresesionist and early modern art with more 2,000 masterpieces, including 181 Renoirs, 69 Cezannes, 59 Matisses, 46 Picassos, 16 Modiglianis, and 7 Van Goghs. A joint IAGR/IAGA reception will be held at the Downtown Club and the IAGA President’s Dinner will be set at the historic Union League of Philadelphia.
